9. Install the clutch pedal into its seat.
10. Tighten nut 7 of the pedal axle 8 with a force of 35 Nm, and bolts 6 with a force of 8 Nm (see illustration).

11. Install the fuse box.
12. Install the lower cover under the instrument panel on the driver's side.
Adjusting the Clutch Pedal Travel
Attention! The procedure is given using the example of cars with a hydraulic clutch.
13. Remove the battery and its tray.
14. Make sure that hole 1 on clutch slave cylinder 2 is positioned as shown in Illustration 2.0
15. Install the special measuring rod "a", catalog number 0216-H2, with the holder "b" 0216-H1 as shown in Illustration 2.0.
16. Measure the distance A from the clutch pedal to the floor (see illustration 2.0).
17. Press the clutch pedal and in this position measure the distance B from the pedal to the floor (see illustration 2.0).
18. Subtract value B from value A. The resulting value should be at least 13 mm. Otherwise, replace the clutch hydraulic drive components.
19. Install the battery and its tray.
