Attention! The procedure is given using the example of cars with a petrol engine ES9J4.


1. Remove the intake manifold.

2. Disconnect the ignition coil unit power plug.

3. Remove block 1 of ignition coils by prying it from ends A and B (see illustration).

4. Remove the block 2 of ignition coils of the second cylinder block (see illustration).

5. Carefully unscrew the spark plugs.

Installation of spark plugs is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

6. The tightening torque of the spark plugs is 25 Nm. It is recommended to use a special FACOM D21 or D 150.3 key to tighten the spark plugs.
