Filler neck — removal and installation (Peugeot 605)

1. Drain the fuel from the tank. If necessary, use a special drain pump.

2. Remove the protective rubber cover from the filler neck.

3. Remove clamp 1 (see illustration).



4. Remove protective cap 3, then disconnect hose 2 from sleeve 4 by pressing on the locking leashes (see arrows in illustration 4.3).

5. Remove clamps 5 and 6, unscrew nut 7 (see illustration 4.3).

6. Open the filler cap.

7. Unscrew the four bolts 8 and remove the filler neck (see illustration).



The filler neck is installed in the reverse order of removal.
