1. Remove the negative terminal from the battery.
2. Remove the windshield wiper arm.
Sedan (Saloon) models
3. Unscrew the nut from the wiper shaft and remove the washer with the rubber sealing ring.
4. From the luggage compartment, disconnect the electrical connector, unscrew the nuts and remove the windshield wiper from the socket.
5. Remove the gaskets and sealing ring from the wiper shaft.
Combi models (Estate)
6. Open the rear door and remove the trim.

7. Unscrew the nuts (indicated by arrows in the photo on the left) windshield wiper mounts, remove it from its socket and disconnect the electrical connector from it (photo on the right).
8. Remove the wiper centering bushing.
9. Remove the gaskets and rubber sealing ring from the rear door.
10. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
