1. Remove the negative terminal from the battery.

2. Remove the gear shift lever cover from the center console.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the back of the cigarette lighter and slide the cigarette lighter out of the socket.
Cars with automatic transmission
4. Remove the center console and remove the cigarette lighter from the socket.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
