- signal light of the shock absorber stiffness adjustment system. The light comes on when the ignition is turned on. If it does not go out after about 15 seconds after starting the engine, it is recommended to contact the workshop. When the light on the damper control switch comes on, the system is automatically switching to sport mode.
- signal light for monitoring/indicating the presence of a burnt-out light bulb. If the light comes on when you press the brake pedal along with the parking brake warning light, then this is evidence of a blown outdoor light bulb.
- signal light for an open door.
- ABS signal light. The lamp lights up for three seconds after the ignition is turned on or during engine start and goes out after the system performance check has been performed. If the light does not go out or lights up while driving, then this indicates a malfunction of the ABS. At the same time, the possibility of braking the car in normal mode is fully preserved. You should contact the workshop as soon as possible.
- brake pad wear warning light. A burning light indicates that the wear of the front or rear brake pads has reached the limit and should be replaced immediately.
- signal light for parking brake and brake fluid level. This light comes on when the ignition is turned on and goes out some time after the engine is started. If the parking brake lever is tightened, the light will stay on until the brake is released
The light comes on and does not go out when the level of brake fluid in the expansion tank is low. Lighting up the light while driving indicates a defect in the brake system. It is recommended to stop, check the brake fluid level, as well as the operation of the brake system. It is recommended to continue driving only after the defect has been eliminated. If you cannot find and fix the defect yourself, you should call a tow truck and deliver the car to the nearest workshop.
If this light comes on at the same time as the signal light for indicating a faulty outdoor light bulb, find and replace the burned-out light bulb.
- signal light for the need to stop.
This light is included in the engine oil pressure and coolant temperature warning lights. If it lights up, stop, turn off the engine and check the level of engine oil and coolant.
- signal light for low engine oil pressure. The lamp lights up when the engine oil pressure drops below the nominal value, as well as when its level decreases. If the light comes on while driving, it is recommended to stop and check the engine oil level or contact a workshop. The bulb is included in the circuit of signal bulbs for immediate stop and coolant temperature.
- battery charging signal light. The lamp lights up when the ignition is turned on and goes out after the engine is started. The reasons for the lack of charging may be a wire break, loose battery terminals, a broken or loose alternator drive belt, or a generator failure.
- low coolant level warning light. If it lights up, stop immediately and turn off the engine. If the engine overheating is caused by a lack of coolant in the system, then replenishing its level should be performed only after the engine has cooled down.
- signal light for the level of washing liquid in the washer reservoir.
- traction control warning light (ASR). Its ignition while driving indicates a malfunction in the system and its shutdown. If the ABS warning light also comes on, both systems are not working. Despite this, the braking system remains functional and the car behaves like models without ASR and ABS.
- signal lamp of AEI functioning. When the ASR is activated, the light flashes.
- signal light for the level of condensate in the fuel filter. Vehicles with a diesel engine.
- engine status signal light. The self-diagnosis system constantly monitors the state of the engine and, if a malfunction is detected in the injection or ignition system, informs about this by lighting up the light bulb. It is recommended that you immediately contact the workshop to determine the malfunction and eliminate it. This is especially true for vehicles with a catalytic converter, because a malfunction can lead to catalytic converter damage.
Attention! On vehicles with a 2.5 liter diesel engine, this warning light may come on for about 10 seconds after the engine is turned off. This is due to the specifics of this engine and is the norm.
- warning light for engine overheating. Included in the immediate stop signal light circuit. Lighting of the light bulb can be caused by turning off the radiator fan, leakage of the cooling system and fluid leakage, failure of the water pump or loosening or breakage of the water pump drive V-belt. If the radiator fan does not work, then first of all, check the fuses and replace them if they burn out. A leak in the cooling system, a broken belt or a faulty water pump will need to be repaired by a workshop.
- coolant temperature gauge. The operating temperature of the coolant is 90°C.
- fuel reserve warning light. When it lights up, approximately 8 liters of fuel remain in the fuel tank. In this case, it is recommended to refuel. The volume of the fuel tank is about 80 liters.
- indication of the fuel reserve on vehicles with a given type of instrument panel. If only a reserve of fuel remains in the tank (about 8 liters), then the display switches to flashing mode. When the remaining fuel in the tank is less than three liters, only two segments flash.
- engine oil temperature gauge. When the arrow is in the middle of the engine oil temperature scale, it corresponds to the operating temperature. If the arrow moves to 150°C, then this is evidence of too high engine oil temperature. In this case, it is recommended to reduce the driving speed to allow the oil to cool down.
