Removal
The door hinges are welded to the pillar and bolted to the door.
1. Remove the plastic heads from the hinge pins using a lever.

2. Using a fine-tipped punch, knock out the cylindrical pin from the door opening limiter.
3. If the door contains any electrical components, remove the door trim and protective film.
4. Disconnect the connectors from the electrical components and mounting brackets.
5. Remove the rubber sealing ring from the front edge of the door.
6. Remove the electrical wiring from the door.

7. While supporting the door, unscrew the hinge pins (arrow) from the hinges and remove the door. When performing this operation, the glass must be lowered and a second person must hold the doors.
8. Remove the doors, taking care not to damage the surface.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, with the hinge pins installed so that their heads are facing each other.
2. Use the adjusting plates to adjust the door gaps.
Adjusting the door position (early models)
[Original can be viewed at: www.PeugeotBook.ru]
The position of the door can be adjusted by shims placed between the hinge and the door. To add or remove shims, loosen the bolts that attach the hinge to the door.
