Inner handle
Removal
1. Remove the door trim.
2. To access the door handle, remove the protective film from the door.

3. After unscrewing the internal fastening element of the door handle, pull the handle back (arrow), holding it in the opening position (arrow).

4. Remove the inside door handle by gently pulling it backwards (arrow) and turning it at the same time (arrow).

5. Slide the handle assembly toward the front of the door, then remove the assembly from the door and disconnect the rod.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
External door handle
Removal
1. Remove the door trim.
2. To access the door handle, remove the protective film from the door.

3. Unscrew the nut (indicated by the arrow in the figure on the left) handle fastenings.

4. On later models, remove the plastic cover from the door handle.

5. Remove the handle from the outside of the door and disconnect the lock rod from the handle.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Front door lock cylinder
The lock cylinder can be removed as follows, without the need to remove the door trim to gain access to the lock mechanisms.

1. Make two special devices, each consisting of two screws, i.e. a screw with a diameter of 4.2 mm and a length of 12.7 mm, soldered to the end of a screw with a diameter of 8 mm.
2. Open the door and use a flat-head screwdriver to remove the two plastic plugs located at the rear of the door frame.
3. Screw the special devices into the clamp bracket paws.

4. Push the tools into the door frame to remove the bracket from the lock cylinder.
5. Refit the lock and use special tools to secure the lock cylinder with a bracket.
6. Check that the bracket is securely connected to the lock cylinder, then unscrew the tools from the bracket and install the two plastic plugs.
Removal
1. Remove the door trim.
2. To access the lock cylinder mounting bracket, remove the protective film from the door.

3. Working from inside the door, slide the bracket away from the back of the lock cylinder.

Door lock
Removal
1. Remove the inner and outer door handles.

2. At the back of the door, unscrew the three screws securing the lock.
3. Where applicable, disconnect the wire contact from the central locking motor at the lock assembly.
4. Lower the lock into the door, disconnect the rods from the lock and remove the lock from the door.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
