Removal



1. Place the car on stands and remove the wheels.

2. Unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the gaskets.

3. Loosen the stabilizer flange bolts on the arm, unscrew the right bolt (depending on the decision).

4. Install tip 0908 Q on the stabilizer (improved shank with thread M8x125), and on the tip there is an inertial puller (8.0316 A).

5. Remove the stabilizer.

6. Clean the splines on the stabilizer and in the lever.

Installation



1. Check the compliance with requirements and the cleanliness of the elements.

2. It is easy to lubricate the splines with Esso Norva 275 grease.

3. Install the 0908 Q tip on the stabilizer.

4. Install the puller on the tip.

5. Install the stabilizer in the levers in a position where it fits freely.

6. Center the stabilizer in the mounting flanges (if necessary, use a puller).

7. Install support pads.

8. Tighten the support gasket mounting bolt.

9. Tighten the flange bolts to the appropriate torque.

10. Install the wheels.

11. Place the car on its wheels.
