The Bosch LU2-Jetronic engine management system components are similar in operation to the Bosch L3.1-Jetronic system described above, except for the throttle position and the presence of an oxygen sensor.
Initial position of the throttle valve
The initial position of the throttle valve is set at the factory and does not require adjustment.
Oxygen sensor
The sensor is located in the exhaust pipe.
1. Start and warm up the engine to operating temperature, then turn off the engine and remove the ground wire from the battery.

2. Remove the brackets and connector from the sensor.
3. Unscrew the sensor from the exhaust pipe.
