Removal



1. Drain the oil from the automatic transmission.

2. Remove the oil pan.

3. Keep the accelerator pedal depressed using a special pedal depressor (fixture 0204).

4. Unscrew the 10 bolts securing the control servomotor and remove it.

Installation



1. Inside the vehicle, set the gear shift lever to position "1".

2. On automatic transmission:
  • check whether sectors (1) and (2) are installed so that surfaces (A) and (B) are at the same level;
  • check whether the shank (3) and cam (4) are in the correct position (when pressing the pedal inside the car).

3. On the control servomotor:


  • press the slider (5) and piston (6) into the socket.

4. Install the control servo motor on the automatic transmission and check whether the protrusion (7) enters the clamp (8) of the slider (5) and whether the end of the axle (9) enters the hole (10).

5. Screw in the control servomotor mounting bolts (the shorter one is "C", the longer one is "D") and tighten them to the appropriate torques.

6. Install the oil pan.

7. From inside the vehicle, remove the special tool for pressing the accelerator pedal.

8. Fill the automatic transmission with oil to the required level.
