Differential assembly (Peugeot 405)

1. Install the tapered bearings on the differential case and insert the speedometer drive worm into the longer end of the case.

2. Insert the basket into the differential housing so that the protrusion on the outer surface of the basket is directed towards the worm.

3. Insert the crown gears and then install the satellites.

4. Remove the satellite axle.

5. Insert the satellite axle retaining ring.
