Each synchronizer bushing must be disassembled separately to avoid mixing up their components. One of the stopper balls must be pressed into each bushing, which will allow the hub to be removed from the sliding bushing.
In the MA type gearbox, the springs and balls of the sliding bushings of all synchronizers are the same, and the stoppers of the synchronizer of the 1st-2nd gears differ from the others. The synchronizers of the 5th and 3rd-4th gears are almost the same and differ in the hubs - the hub of the synchronizer of the 3rd-4th gears has a groove (on the opposite side from the groove on its sleeve), which is not on the 5th gear hub.
