Interior trim — removal and installation (Peugeot 406)

The interior trim is secured with screws or pins of various types. When removing the interior trim, make sure that no other elements overlap the element being removed. Any interior trim element is usually secured along its edges.

Glove box

1. Open the glove box, remove the hinge pins and remove the glove box cover.

2. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Carpets

The carpet in the car interior consists of one piece and is secured at the edges with screws and pins. Removing and installing the carpet is very labor-intensive due to the fact that it is necessary to remove all adjacent trim of the interior: seats, center console and seat belts.
