The rear tailgate is locked and opened using a key or a central lock. To open the tailgate, simply pull the outside handle.
The rear door lock can be opened either independently of the central lock or together with it. It depends on how the tailgate was locked.
- if the key was removed from the lock while the lock switch was in the vertical position, the tailgate will be unlocked by the central lock at the same time as the other doors - if the key in the tailgate lock was removed after the switch was turned to the right by 45° during locking, the tailgate can only be opened manually, using the key.
