The coolant pump can be removed and installed in the vehicle after removing the timing belt.

1. Unscrew the five pump mounting bolts and remove its seal.

2. The pulley-housing-impeller assembly is non-separable.

3. Before installing the pump, clean the connection surface. Install the pump with a new seal.

4. Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm.
