The components of this system do not require attention except for checking the internal cleanliness and integrity of the hoses.

Replacing the Charcoal Canister
1. Raise the front of the vehicle and secure it on stands.
2. Remove the left front wheel.
3. Remove the left front wheel arch liner.
4. Disconnect the hoses from the canister, marking their location for correct installation in their original place.
5. Unscrew the bolt and remove the canister from the clamp on the body panel.
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Replacing the cleaning solenoid valve
The purge valve is located in the hose that runs from the carbon filter to the throttle inlet. The valve can be mounted on the hanger or can simply be attached to the hoses (depending on the model).
1. Remove the ground wire from the battery.
2. If present, unscrew the bolt from the valve hanger, then disconnect the wire contact.
3. Disconnect the hoses from the valve, marking their location for correct installation in their original place.
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Replacing the lambda sensor
Depending on the model, the lambda sensor is located in the exhaust pipe or in the central section of the muffler.
Caution: The lambda sensor is fragile and will fail if it is hit, disconnected from the power supply, or if any cleaning materials are used.
1. Raise the front of the vehicle and secure it on stands.
2. Trace the wiring back from the lambda sensor to the connector and disconnect the connector.
3. Unscrew the sensor and remove it together with the gasket.
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
