The driver's side exterior rearview mirror has a spherical shape to expand the side view. Objects in the mirror are actually closer than they appear when viewed in the mirror. This should be taken into account in order to correctly estimate the distance to the corresponding obstacle.
Adjustment of the outside rearview mirrors is performed with the ignition on.
Select the mirror to be adjusted with key 1, and then use key 2 to set it to the desired position by moving it in four directions.
Folding the outside rearview mirrors
When stopped, the outside rearview mirrors can be folded manually or electrically.
Electrically folding the outside rearview mirrors
If the mirror adjustment button is in the central position, press the rear of the button 1 to fold the mirrors.
The mirrors are unfolded by pressing the back of the key again.
Automatic folding of outside rearview mirrors
The outside rearview mirrors will fold automatically when the doors are locked using the remote control.
The mirrors are unfolded when the ignition is turned on, except in cases where the mirrors were folded before the ignition was turned off.
