Table of contents: Central locking 🠇 Card with code 🠇

The ignition key is coded and locks/unlocks all car doors and starts the engine.
Important! If the key is left in the ignition after turning off the ignition and when leaving the vehicle, an acoustic signal will sound when the driver's door is opened.
The key also allows you to deactivate the front passenger airbag.

Central locking
Locking of the locks is confirmed by the flashing of the central locking indicator light in the vehicle interior.
Anti-theft system (immobilizer) blocks the fuel supply system to the engine.
The system is automatically activated after the key is removed from the ignition switch.
The car engine can only be started using a key with the appropriate code.
After the ignition is turned on, the code is recognized and if it is not identified, the engine will not start.
The key number is printed on the card attached to it. If you lose your key or remote control, please contact an authorized workshop to obtain a new one.
Card with code
When you purchase a car, you are given a card with an immobilizer code.
When reselling a vehicle, the card with the code must be transferred to the new owner. Keep the code card in a safe place. Never leave it in the car.
Regarding all changes related to keys (production of duplicates, replacement, etc.), you should contact the appropriate workshop, having the code card and all the keys with you.
Caution! Do not make any changes to the immobilizer's electrical circuit under any circumstances. This may make it impossible to start the engine.
