
1. Press the clutch pedal to the floor and measure the distance from the center of the clutch pedal pad to the floor. Release the pedal and measure the distance from the pedal to the floor again.
2. Subtract the first measurement from the second, which will give a clutch pedal stroke of 145 mm, otherwise adjustment will be required.
3. The clutch cable is adjusted by the adjuster nut located on the gearbox side. On some models, access to the lock nut is limited and, if necessary, it is necessary to remove the air supply pipe to the engine or the air filter housing.

4. If the clutch pedal stroke is not 145 mm, loosen the lock nut (1) and use the adjusting nut (2) to set the appropriate value. After adjustment, re-measure the clutch pedal stroke. Repeat this procedure until the clutch pedal stroke reaches the required value.
5. Tighten the clutch cable lock nut and install the previously removed components.
6. Since mid-1994, the clutch pedal travel has been adjusted automatically.
