Removal
1. Remove the negative terminal from the battery.
2. Drain the coolant from the cooling system.
3. Remove the electrical connector from the fan temperature sensor. The sensor is screwed into the radiator.
4. Disconnect the cooling system hoses from the radiator.

5. At the top of the radiator, remove the radiator mounting brackets and tilt the radiator toward the engine. Remove the radiator carefully so as not to damage the radiator fins. Be careful not to lose the lower rubber support of the radiator.
Examination
1. If the radiator was removed due to reduced throughput, flush it with a stream of water in both directions. Blow the radiator out with compressed air from the outside.
2. If the radiator is leaking, do not try to weld or solder the leak, as this will damage the plastic parts of the radiator.
3. Minor radiator leaks can be repaired using radiator sealant.
4. Check the condition of the lower radiator rubber mounts and replace them if necessary.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following points:
- check that the lower tabs on the radiator are correctly installed in the front cross member;
- when connecting hoses to the radiator, use new O-rings in the connectors;
- finally, top up the cooling system.
