Removal
Engines 1.6 liters
1. Loosen the clamps and remove the air filter housing breather.
2. Disconnect the two clamps, unscrew the two mounting screws from the front of the cylinder head and remove the air filter element cover.
3. Remove the filter element from the air filter.
Engines 1.8 and 2.0 liters
1. Loosen the clamps and remove the intake duct from the throttle body and air cleaner cover.
2. Unscrew the screws securing the air filter cover. Remove the cover and take out the filter element.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
