Removal
1. Disconnect the heated air intake pipe from the exhaust manifold.
2. Unscrew the three bolts and remove the hot air intake casing.
3. Block the rear wheels and raise the front of the vehicle.
4. Disconnect the electrical wires from the lambda sensor.

5. Unscrew the nuts securing the exhaust inlet pipe to the manifold.
6. Unscrew the nuts securing the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head.
7. Remove the manifold from the engine compartment and remove the manifold gasket.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. Please consider the following points:
- check the exhaust manifold for wear and corrosion;
- clean the mating surfaces of the manifold and cylinder head from traces of old gaskets. Install new gaskets and manifold;
- connect the exhaust inlet pipe to the manifold.
