Caution: Install the plug on the intake manifold inlet.
Loosen bolts (1) and (3).
Remove the protective shield under the engine.
Remove the air deflector (6) and resonator (7).
Loosen the bolt (4) and remove the air supply pipe (5).
Remove the air filter cover (2).
Remove the filter element.
Loosen the bolts (9) and remove the intermediate support (8).
Remove the air filter housing (10) and the air intake connector (11).
Disconnect the following parts:
- electrical connector of the air pressure sensor in the intake manifold (in area "a");
- electrical connector of the electromagnetic valve of the valve timing regulator (in zone "c"),
- electrical connector for the electric throttle valve (in zone "e").
Disconnect the crankcase ventilation system tube (12) (in area "d") and the fuel vapor collection tube (13) (in area "f").
Remove the solenoid valve of the adsorber (by moving the fastener in the "g" zone).
Release the fastener in area "b" and move aside the electrical harness (14).
Disconnect the connector (in area "h").
Remove the actuator of the intake valve opening control system (15).
Unscrew bolts (19) and (20) and remove bracket (18).
Unscrew the nuts (16).
Move the intake manifold (17) away from the cylinder head.
Remove the crankcase ventilation system tube (12).
Remove the intake manifold/electric throttle body assembly through the gap between the cylinder head and the battery.
Remove the intake manifold gaskets.
Note: Before installing the intake manifold to the cylinder head, connect the crankcase gas collection tube (12).
Replace all removed gaskets with new ones.
Install the parts in reverse order.
Connect the battery.
