Removal



1. Apply the handbrake, raise the front of the car and secure it on stands.

2. Drain the coolant from the cooling system or clamp the cooling system hoses near the oil cooler.

3. Place a suitable container under the oil filter and unscrew the filter.

4. Loosen the clamps securing the cooling system hoses to the oil cooler and remove the hoses from the radiator.

5. Unscrew the oil cooler mounting bolt (A) to the cylinder block and remove the radiator. Note the…

Installation



1. Install a new O-ring on the back of the radiator and install the radiator onto the engine block.

2. Align the mounting groove in the radiator with the protrusion on the cylinder block and secure the radiator with the bolt.

3. Install the oil filter and lower the vehicle. Check the engine oil level.

4. Install the cooling system hoses to the radiator and check the coolant level. Start the engine and check the tightness of the oil cooler installation.
