The installation of the intake manifold is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:

23. Replace the intake manifold gasket.
24. Install the intake manifold together with the throttle valve in its seat.
25. Tighten the intake manifold mounting bolts in several passes in the sequence shown in the illustration:
- 1st pass tighten the bolts by hand;
- 2nd pass - tighten the bolts to 10 Nm;
- 3rd pass - tighten the bolts to 20 Nm.

26. Install new intake manifold gaskets 4 (see illustration).

27. Tighten the 3 intake manifold mounting bolts to 12.5 Nm (see illustration).
