Removal



1. Disconnect plug 1 by moving corrugated hose 2, inside which the door wiring harness is located (see illustration).

2. Unscrew the 3 bolts of the protective cover of the door opening limiter and disconnect the limiter (see illustration 7.1).

3. Unscrew the bolts that secure the hinges 4 to the door and remove the door (see illustration 7.1).

Caution: Before removing the bolts, secure the door to a suitable support or have an assistant support it.


The door is installed in the reverse order of its removal.

4. Cars with manual windows. Remove the handle 1 of the mechanical window lifter and the trim 2 (see illustration).

5. Cars with electric windows. Remove the window switch from its seat on the door armrest by prying it up with a plastic wedge and disconnect its plug.

6. Unscrew bolt 2 and remove trim 1 from the opening for the switch on the door armrest (see illustration).

8. Remove the door pillar trim 3 and unscrew the bolts 4 that secure the trim 5 (see illustration).

Attention! If present, remove cover 7, under which is located bolt 4 for fastening the trim (see illustration 7.6).


9. Remove the trim 6 of the inner door handle(see illustration 7.6).



10. Remove the door trim by lifting it up (see arrow in illustration 7.8).

11. Remove the inner door trim and the insulating pad underneath the trim.

12. Disconnect the window regulator and the rods from the lock.

13. Unscrew the three bolts 1 and remove the door lock (see illustration).

The door lock is installed in the reverse order of its removal.

14. Remove the inner door trim and the insulating pad underneath the trim.

15. Disconnect the window regulator and the rods from the outer handle.

16. Remove the holder 1 of the switch 2 of the lock and disconnect the outer handle 3 (see illustration).

Installation is performed in sequence. the reverse of its removal.
