Removal



1. Disconnect the ground cable terminal from the negative battery terminal.

2. Open the sliding door and install suitable supports under it 1 (see illustration).

3. Unscrew bolts 1 on the rear door guide (see illustration).

4. Remove the cover that covers the lower door guide and unscrew the bolts 2 (see illustration).

5. Remove the cover on the door pillar and unscrew the bolt 3 that secures the upper support arm 4 (see illustration).

6. Remove the door.

The door is installed in the reverse order of its removal.

9. Drill out rivet 2 of the inner door handle mount (see illustration).
