1. Periodically lubricate the hinges of the hood, trunk lid and doors with light oil. It is recommended to do this after washing the car, especially if detergents were used.
2. Simultaneously lubricate the hood lock opening mechanism and the latch.
3. Door latches and hinges should be lubricated very carefully, as excess oil may stain clothing. There is an oil specifically for this purpose that does not leave stains on clothes.
