Sliding sunroof — general information (Peugeot 305)

1. On some Peugeot 305 models, a sliding sunroof is a factory option. The mounting parts of the hatch are shown in B/Figure 11.20.



2. Maintenance of the hatch consists of checking the condition and reliability of fastening of its moving parts. From time to time, the pads and guides should be lubricated with Kluber Proba PN 9730.67 grease.

3. If the hatch cover starts to knock, check the moving parts for wear and loose fasteners. Loose brake shoe fastenings can be secured with special sealing tape for plumbing work (with fum tape). Check that the cable is taut when the hatch cover is closed.

4. If the knocking noise does not go away, you should contact a specialist.
