Removal and installation the trunk lid stop (Salon models) (Peugeot 305)

1. Remove the right rear door seal where it extends to the rear compartment panel. Remove the rear seat back and rear compartment panel trim.

2. Lift the trunk lid up to the stop and support it in this position.



3. Remove the safety clamps securing the ball joints of the stop. Disconnect the hinges and remove the stop.

4. The stop is installed in reverse order. Be sure to secure the ball joints of the stop with safety clips before reinstalling the rear compartment panel trim.
