When using winter tires, they should be installed on all four wheels.
Do not exceed the maximum speed recommended by the tire manufacturer. A label indicating the maximum speed rating for specific tires must be affixed to the front panel in a manner visible to the driver.
When using winter tires, the pressure in them must correspond to the value recommended by the tire manufacturer.
