Ignition coil (direct ignition) (Peugeot 405)

There are four separate ignition coils, one on each spark plug.

1. To access the ignition coils, remove the eight bolts, noting the position of the wiring harness bracket, and remove the additional cover from the center of the cylinder head cover.

2. Remove the connector from the ignition coil and remove the coil from the spark plug along with the rubber insulation.
