Removal
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Raise the front of the vehicle and support it on stands. Remove the air filter and ductwork if necessary to improve access.
3. Unscrew the two nuts (indicated by arrows) and remove the wires from the starter solenoid relay. Disconnect the electrical connector from the solenoid relay control.
4. Remove the three bolts while supporting the starter (the arrow indicates the ground bus on one of the bolts).
5. Remove the starter from the bottom of the engine.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
