Attention! Oil pump gasket is composite; minor damage to the gasket can be repaired by applying SILICONE CALEGOHIE 2 sealant.
12. Install the oil pump gasket and then the pump itself into its mounting location.
13. Tighten the oil pump mounting bolts in several passes in the sequence shown in the illustration:
- 1st pass - tighten the bolts by hand;
- 2nd pass - tighten the bolts to 5 Nm;
- 3rd pass - tighten the bolts to 8 Nm.

14. Next, the installation of the dismantled components is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
15. The tightening torque of the tension roller is 80 Nm.
16. Tighten bolts 6 to 39 Nm (see illustration).

17. Tighten the 7 air conditioning compressor mounting bolts to 39 Nm (see illustration).
