2. Drain the engine oil.
3. Remove the clutch cover.
4. Lock the flywheel with the thrust shoe "a", catalog number of which is 0153-ZX (see illustration).

5. Disconnect the power wire plug from the air conditioner compressor.
Attention! All work related to the air conditioner should be entrusted to a specialized workshop. Do not open the refrigerant circulation system yourself - risk of frostbite!
6. Move the air conditioner compressor 1 together with the bracket away from the work area without disconnecting the hoses from the compressor (see illustration).

7. Remove the front air conditioning compressor mounting bracket.
8. Remove the stop that was used to lock the crankshaft when removing the timing belt.
9. Unscrew bolt 2 and remove gear 3 from the crankshaft (see illustration). Tightening torque of bolt 2:
- 1st pass - 40 Nm;
- 2nd pass - turn the bolt 360°.

10. Remove the tension roller 4 (see illustration 9.9).
11. Remove the oil pump 5, remove the pump gasket (see illustration 9.9).
