The clutch is jerking
The engine and gearbox mounts are faulty
Check and replace if necessary.
The gearbox support is poorly secured
Tighten the mounting bolts.
The pressure plate fits unevenly
Replace the disk.
The driven disk is not an original part
Replace the driven disk. Install the original part.
The crankshaft is not aligned with the gearbox input shaft
Check the engine and gearbox centering surfaces.
The clutch release fork is pushing to one side
Check the clutch release fork.
The clutch is slipping
The clutch driven disc is worn out
Check the thickness of the friction lining of the disc, replace if necessary.
The clutch slave cylinder is sticking
Replace the cylinder.
Diaphragm spring tension too low
Replace the pressure plate.
The clutch hydraulic drive slave cylinder is leaking
Perform a visual inspection.
Hardened or oily friction lining
Replace the clutch disc.
The clutch overheated
Install a new original clutch.
The clutch disengages poorly
The friction lining is covered with abrasion products
Replace the clutch disc.
The clutch disc is sticking on the input shaft of the gearbox, the spline connection is dry or stuck together
Clean the splined connection, remove burrs, remove rust if necessary and lubricate again, for example with molybdenum powder.
Lateral runout of the clutch driven disc
Check the disk and replace it if necessary.
The primary (master) cylinder is leaking
With the clutch pedal depressed, observe whether the brake fluid is bubbling in the reservoir. Replace the cylinder.
The clutch pedal does not reach the limit stop
Check if the limiter is reached. Cut the mat if necessary.
Defective release bearing
Check the bearing.
Air in the hydraulic system
Bleed the clutch drive.
The primary shaft centering bearing in the flywheel is faulty
Replace the centering in the flywheel(needle) bearing.
The driven disk is warped or the friction lining is damaged
Replace the pressure plate.

The clutch release bearing is faulty
Check the release bearing, replace it.
