Car parking (Peugeot Partner I)

Turn off the engine, apply the parking brake (see "Parking brake lever" in paragraph 2) and engage a gear (1st gear or reverse gear, depending on where the front of the car is "looking" - uphill or downhill) and leave the wheels turned towards the curb. When parking on a steep slope, it is a good idea to install wheel chocks under your wheels.

Do not leave the ignition key in the accessories position as this may drain the battery. Always remove the key when leaving the vehicle.

Warning. Never leave children unattended in a vehicle.

Warning. Never park or idle your vehicle in areas covered with dry leaves or dry grass. After the engine is turned off, the exhaust system remains very hot for a short period of time, which can lead to a fire.
