Installing electrical cable clamps on a high pressure pump

1. Install the vehicle on a stationary lift.

2. Remove the left trunk trim.

3. Disconnect the hydraulic pump power supply connector (red) (wires M326 and 326).

4. Connect the free terminals of the connector next to the suspension up button.

5. Reduce pressure.

6. Drain the fuel from the fuel tank.

7. Remove the fuel tank filler neck.

8. Disconnect the suspension height adjuster connector.

9. Install clamps on fuel lines.

10. Disconnect the fuel lines.

11. Unscrew the high pressure pipeline fastening nut.

12. Disconnect the electrical wires from the pump.

13. Remove the pump and electrically controlled valve.

14. To install the high-pressure pump, install heat-shrink sleeves on the electrical wire connections, secure the electrical wires to the pump, and perform the steps in reverse order to the removal process. Also, bleed the air from the suspension circuit and replenish the LHM fluid to the required level.
