Pressure regulator
1 – suspension high pressure connection, 2 – high pressure circuit deaerator, 3 – brake system connection
Elements of hydropneumatic rear suspension (4x4 powertrain)
1 – LHM fluid reservoir, 2 – cover, 3, 4 – filter, 5 – filler plug, 6 – indicator, 7 – reservoir, 8 – pressure sensor, 9 – connection, 10 – heat-protective casing, 11 – connector, 12 – level sensor, 13 – stabilizer, 14 – pressure regulator, 15 – deaerator, 16 – high and low pressure connections, 17 – fluid drain line, 18 – fluid drain line from suspension cylinders, 19, 20 – pump unit
The deaerator is located on the pressure regulator.
1. Connect the air removal container to the regulator deaerator.
2. Open the deaerator.
3. Connect the free terminals of the connector next to the suspension up position button using the switch.
4. Connect the high pressure pump power connector.
5. When the oil starts to flow into the container without air bubbles, you should close the deaerator correctly (as for normal operation) connect the connectors, replenish the LHM fluid to the required level.
