Gearbox cooler

Removal
1. The cooler is mounted on top of the transmission housing. To access the cooler, remove the air filter housing and intake ports.
2. Disconnect the connector from the support hanger located above the cooler, then remove the support hanger.
3. Using clamps, pinch the coolant supply hoses to the cooler.
4. Disconnect both cooling system hoses from the cooler.
5. Unscrew the two cooler mounting bolts and remove it from the gearbox.
Installation
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Check the fluid level in the cooling system and the oil level in the gearbox.
