Heating and ventilation

Heating and ventilation

The interior is blown with hot or cold air through deflectors.

Comfort in the cabin is ensured by good air distribution in the front and rear parts. The air duct outlets in the floor in the center of the vehicle should not be blocked. This ensures that warm air is supplied to the rear seats. The same applies to the air recirculation vents in the cabin.

The air vent grilles can be rotated to change the direction of air flow. The central air vent directs air to the rear of the cabin.

The vehicle's ventilation system is equipped with a dust filter (cabin filter), preventing dust from entering the interior.

The filter must be replaced in accordance with the maintenance schedule.

Heater/Air Conditioner Control Panel

The heater/air conditioning switch panel is located on the rear of the center console near the gear shift lever.

Heater/air conditioner with manual control 1 - cabin air flow regulator:

  • - blowing the top of the cabin;
  • - interior floor airflow;
  • - blowing of the cabin floor, windshield and side windows;
  • - airflow in all directions;
  • - blowing of the windshield and front side windows.

2 - cabin air recirculation mode switch

When this mode is activated, forced air recirculation is performed in the cabin without access to outside air. This mode is usually activated when driving through an area with an unpleasant odor or smoke. Do not leave this mode enabled unless absolutely necessary. The windows may fog up.

3 - cabin air blower switch. The fan speed is adjustable.

4 - Air conditioning switch The air conditioning system is switched on only when the engine is running.

5 - air blower temperature regulator.

6 - rear window heating switch.

7 - switch for quick glass heating mode (removing ice or fog).
