Removal



1. Before removing the fuel tank, all fuel must be drained.

2. Remove the exhaust system and heat shields.

3. Remove the handbrake cable.

4. Remove the electrical connector from the fuel level sensor.

5. Remove the filler pipe and breather from the right side of the fuel tank. Some breather hoses are connected with quick-release couplings.

6. Remove the supply and return hoses on the right side and plug them with plugs.

7. Support the fuel tank with a jack and unscrew the fuel tank fasteners.

8. Slowly lower the fuel tank and remove the remaining connections.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, while it is necessary to check that during installation of the fuel tank, none of the hoses are pinched.
