Removal
Relieve the pressure in the fuel system (see chapter "Removal and installation fuel injectors").
Lift the rear right seat cushion.
Lift the carpet. Remove the plug.
Disconnect and move aside the connector in area "a".
Disconnect the hose quick-release coupling (2).
Drain the fuel tank using the VAC 150.
Raise and support the vehicle with the rear wheels off the ground. Remove the rear right wheel and rear right fender liner (see the corresponding operation).
Unscrew the nuts (4) and remove the protective plates under the body (3).
Remove:
- intermediate pipe of the exhaust system (9);
- heat shield (8);
- belt (5).
Disconnect the fixed pipes in area "b" (muffle with plugs).
Install the organ support device under the fuel tank (6).
Unscrew the nuts (7).
Remove:
- suspension springs (12) (see the corresponding operation);
- right shock absorber (11) (see the corresponding operation);
- fasteners (10) and (13);
- lower mount of the left shock absorber.

Caution: Install the rear left shock absorber lower mount after removing the fuel tank.
Disconnect the connector in area "c". Remove the fuel tank (6) by turning it so as to release the filler neck.
Installation
Install the parts in reverse order.
Fill the circuit with fuel. Check the correct operation of the fuel level sensor.
