Fuel system with carburetor

Static pressure test
1. Disconnect the fuel supply line to the carburetor.
2. Install a tee with a pressure gauge on the pipeline to measure pressure.
3. Start the engine and measure the pressure at idle, as well as at high speed (5000 rpm). This pressure should be about 0.03 MPa.
Removal and installation
1. Mark the fuel supply and output hoses from the pump, remove the hoses and plug them with plugs.
2. Unscrew the nuts securing the fuel pump to the end of the cylinder head and remove the pump with a heat-insulating spacer.
3. Reinstallation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
