Caution: New rivets must be used to reinstall the armrest suspension.


Removal



1. Lower the window and remove the door trim.

2. After marking the location, drill out the heads of the rivets that secure the armrest suspension to the door.

3. Remove the protective film from the inside of the door.

Front door glass



4. Remove the inner glass seal from the door.

5. Remove the upper glass seal from the door.

6. Using a screwdriver as a lever, release the mounting bracket and remove the window regulator…

7. Tilt the glass and remove it from the door with the back part facing up.

Rear door glass



8. Remove the inner lower rear door glass seal.

9. Remove the lower outer glass seal.

10. Remove the top glass seal.

11. Unscrew the upper screw securing the rear window guide.

12. Unscrew the lower screw securing the rear window guide.

13. Remove the rear glass guide from the rear door window.

14. Press the retaining clip and release the window regulator guide.

15. Remove the glass upward from the rear door.

Window lifter



16. Release the window regulator guide bracket (on the front door, you need to use a screwdriver to release the bracket) and release the window regulator guide from the glass.

17. Pull the glass up as far as it will go and secure it in this position with adhesive tape.

18. On vehicles with power windows, disconnect the electrical connector from the window motor.

19. On all models, unscrew 5 nuts (indicated by arrows in the photo on the left) window regulator mounts and remove it from the door through the lower hole in the door (photo on the right).

Rear fixed glass of the rear door



20. Remove the lower inner seal of the lower rear door window. Remove the outer lower seal of the lower rear door window. Remove the upper seal of the rear door window.

21. Unscrew the 2 mounting screws and remove the guide of the rear part of the lowering rear door glass.

22. Remove the rear fixed glass with seal from the door.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following points:
  • all seals must be correctly positioned in the door frame;
  • when installing the glass, check that it is correctly installed in the window lift guide;
  • check the functionality of the window lift before installing the door trim.
