Note. The wiper arms are seated on their shafts in a very tight fit. Therefore, in order to remove them without traumatic consequences for oneself and damage to the pullers themselves, in all likelihood, a puller will be required.
Removing
1. Turn on the wiper and turn it off so that the wiper arm returns to its original position. To ensure correct installation, stick a piece of adhesive tape on the glass along the wiper blade. In addition, there is an installation mark on the windshield.
2. Remove the cap from the wiper arm shaft nut, and then unscrew the nut.
3. Raise the wiper blade above the glass and remove the wiper arm from the shaft. If the lever «is sitting» very tight, use a suitable puller.
Installation
4. Clean and dry the splines in the wiper arm mounting hole and on the shaft, then fit the arm onto the shaft, aligning the wiper blade with the adhesive tape pasted on the glass during removal, or with the alignment marks provided.
5. Install the nut and tighten securely. Install the cap on the nut (if applicable) and fix it.
