1. The washer reservoir is located behind the right front fender. Using one or more pumps located on the reservoir, it supplies fluid to wash the windshield and tailgate glass.

2. Loosen the right front wheel mounting bolts. Raise the front of the vehicle and support it securely (see "Lifting and installing the car on supports"). Remove the right wheel.
3. Working from under the front fender, remove the screws, remove the clips and remove the wheel arch liner from the fender panel..
4. Mark the installation position of the washer hoses (if necessary, mark the hoses themselves for identification), and then disconnect the hoses from the washer pump.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector on the washer pump.
6. Unscrew the upper and lower nuts, and then remove the reservoir from under the lower part of the wing (figure 16.6, a, b).

7. Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Connect all hoses securely. Fill the tank and check the lines for leaks.

8. Proceed as described in points 2-5. Disconnect the hose and disconnect the electrical connector on the pump.
9. Place a suitable container under the reservoir to collect any washer fluid that may leak out when the pump is removed.
10. Carefully remove the pump from the tank and remove its sealing sleeve. Rinse off any spilled liquid with cold water..
11. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Use a new sealing grommet if the "old" one shows signs of damage or deterioration. Finally, fill the reservoir and check the pump sealing bushing for leaks.

12. Open the hood and support it.
13. Disconnect the washer hose from the corresponding nozzle, then press the clamps and remove the nozzle from its standard position.
14. When installing, fix the nozzle in the hood and connect the hose. The direction of the washer nozzle jet is not adjustable.
