Throttle Position Sensor



Removal



1. Remove the ground wire from the battery and the wire contact from the sensor.

2. Unscrew the two screws and remove the sensor.

Fuel injector



Removal and installation



1. Relieve pressure in the fuel system.

2. Remove the ground wire from the battery.

3. Unscrew the two mounting bolts and remove the air filter cover.

4. Remove the retaining clip and wire from the injector contact.

5. Unscrew the mounting screw, lift the retainer, and remove the nozzle.

6. When installing, be sure to replace the sealing ring.

Idle speed control valve



Removal



1. Remove the ground wire from the battery.

2. Remove the wire contact from the valve.

3. Loosen the clamps and remove the two air hoses from the valve base, noting their locations relative to the flow direction marked on the valve body.

4. Loosen the two nuts and remove the valve.

Pressure regulator



The pressure regulator is screwed to the injector with four screws.

Intake air temperature sensor



The sensor is screwed into the exhaust manifold at the top.

Removal



1. Remove the ground wire from the battery.

2. Remove the wire contact from the sensor.

3. Unscrew the sensor and remove it.

Intake Manifold Pressure Sensor



The sensor is installed on the front part.



Removal



1. Remove the ground wire from the battery.

2. Remove the wire contact from the sensor.

3. Remove the vacuum hose from the sensor.

4. Unscrew the two mounting bolts and remove the sensor.

Coolant temperature sensor



Removal



1. Disconnect the electrical connector from the sensor.

2. Drain the cooling system.

3. Unscrew the sensor.

Engine position and speed sensor



Removal



1. Remove the wires from the mounting brackets.

2. Unscrew the bolt and remove the sensor from the engine.
