Front Fender and Grille Assembly
1 – radiator grille, 2 – clamp, 3 – front wing, 4 – mudguard, 5 – front casing
Warning! There is a risk of deforming the fender during this operation. The front fenders are screwed and glued. To remove the fenders without damaging them, the joints between the wheel arches and the fenders should be heated using a hot air supply device (or using another heat source).
Removal
1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the optical turn signal unit.

3. Remove the mudguard.
4. Unscrew the screws of the upper wing mount.
5. Unscrew the mounting bolts located on the body supports at the height of the door hinges.
6. Remove the wing.
7. If you have difficulty, insert the end of the knife into the heated adhesive mass and stretch it.
Installation
1. Clean the connecting surfaces.
2. Apply adhesive seal.
3. Install the wing without tightening its fastening elements all the way.
4. Close the hood and adjust the gaps between it and the wing.
